FAQs

What airport should I fly into?
white right arrow

Denver international Airport (DIA) or Colorado Springs Regional airport.

How do I get from the Airport to the location?
white right arrow

There is plenty of parking for those driving in or preferring to have a rental car. We also have a shuttle service which will be offered at a time to be determined at the beginning and end of the event. The shuttle will leave Union Station in Downtown Denver which is a short Uber or light-rail ride from DIA. No shuttle service is offered from other airport locations.

Do I need to be in good physical shape for the retreat?
white right arrow

The entirety of the retreat is at your comfort level. Though we have a number of activities which would be beneficial to be in good shape for it is not a requirement to attend. The lodge is located at about 9000 feet of elevation and it is recommended that if you are not in moderate physical condition, that you spend a couple days acclimating to elevation in Denver prior to the event.

What should I plan to pack for this trip?
white right arrow

Day time temperatures average in the upper 60's with evenings getting much cooler. Colorado weather is best handled by using layers of clothes with drastic temperature variations possible. This time of year, however, it is generally sunny and quite pleasant. Participants will receive an email notification with further  information regarding recommended packing and planning for this one of a kind event.

What's included in the Conference?
white right arrow

All meals starting with dinner Thursday through Sunday morning, including our welcome BBQ and Sunday evening send off. Attendance at our curated break out sessions and speaker sessions. Private lodging in a one of a kind luxury glamping structure, access to the main lodge and its amenities, vendor booth access, on site activities including access to trails and gold medal fishing, an on site 3D archery range, and more.

What if I don’t want to/can't participate in an activity?
white right arrow

No problem. Hang back and chat with others, enjoy watching, or engage in a number of other on site activities. If you require  accommodations due to a disability, please contact us prior to the event so we may assist.

Is there cell phone coverage at the lodge.
white right arrow

There is a star link internet connection available with limited cell coverage at the location. The lodge also has a standard telephone line where you will be able to be reached should it be needed. We recommend that participants take the necessary steps to enjoy the experience fully by setting expectations with family and work, that you will not be available. However, the degree to which you would like to “unplug” will be entirely up to you.
