      FAQs

How long should I work with a coach?
      white right arrow

Everyone is different in their needs and reasons for seeking out a coach. It's often common to work with a coach for a year or more, but the real measure of success will be something you know when it occurs. You will have early break throughs, if you are motivated in the process, but often the most meaningful and deeply rooted changes take time but they are more than worth it in the end.

What results can I expect from working with a coach?
      white right arrow

This all depends on why you are reaching out to a coach and ultimately, how badly you desire a change. I can tell you from my personal experience working with a coach that nearly every facet of my life has improved. I went from a stressed out entrepreneur, finding my value in nothing more than a never ending work day, to finding a sense of peace and contentment while also improving my business profitability and operations. I think most importantly, I was able to rediscover a sense of purpose and passion in life which I didn't think was possible any longer. I still continue to work with my own coach and get constant value from it.

Is a coach a good fit for helping me navigate business challenges?
      white right arrow

Absolutely. Whether it be through the application of leadership principles to develop your team and colleagues, or simply  working through the many challenges that running a business or a team of people can present, the coaching process can assist with this. It was for me personally, one of the best business decisions I ever made.

I struggle with living a healthy lifestyle. Can you help me with this?
      white right arrow

Yes. Everyone has a different idea of what that might mean or look like but coaching can help identify what a healthy lifestyle looks like for you and how to best work towards it. A lot of the less than ideal habits we form are often based in very normal and common (but not always healthy) anxiety management strategies. With coaching we can take a holistic look at this and the factors that may be detracting from living a healthy lifestyle.

What's the difference between coaching and working with a therapist?
      white right arrow

Therapy has its merits and is a useful tool for working through past traumas or other psychological challenges. The biggest difference between therapy and coaching, in my opinion, is that therapy often spends time looking back, while coaching looks forward to what is possible and what actions we can do right now to help get you there.

      How it works

      • Schedule a free introductory call where we will see if there is a good fit, explain the coaching process in more detail, and decide if we want to do an additional session before making a commitment
      • Commit to the coaching process and to taking action!

“Until one is committed, there is hesitancy, the chance to draw back, always ineffectiveness. Concerning all acts of initiative and creation, there is one elementary truth the ignorance of which kills countless ideas and splendid plans: that the moment one definitely commits oneself, then providence moves too."
